This was our first stay at this location. The room was very clean. The bed was perfect (for me) along with the pillows on the bed. The bathroom was perfectly stocked with towels and amenities. The breakfast was fully stocked and had a very nice selection. But most importantly, the staff! The staff were amazing, courteous and very friendly. A special shoutout to Tasha for her extremely friendly personality, awesome smile and superior customer service! We travel through here each year at this time and will definitely make this our resting point! Thank you to the manager for her hard work on keeping breakfast stocked on this extremely busy holiday weekend. Your efforts were noticed and truly appreciated!! We highly recommend this location! This hotel had the BEST customer service I have experienced hands down in YEARS! The people remembered us even though we were only there for one night. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was fresh and delicious! We will be back and do our annual girls' trip here again.

Linda at the service desk was nice. Room was clean, but not the toilet. (I had to wipe couple "brown spots" off the toilet seat.) Overall the room is in a decent shape, albeit the interior could benefit from an update.

Excellent customer service. Sondra? The manager is kind, thoughtful, and she and her staff made us feel very welcome and cozy. Definitely recommend. Wish there were healthier options for breakfast and gluten free. Otherwise well kept property.

What impressed me was the front desk service and friendliness. The rooms were clean and comfy. Well maintained property. I got several good tips on great restaurants in the area. The only drawback I experienced … elevators were slooooooow.

I found the hotel pretty nice. The breakfast had waffles, eggs, potatoe, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, etc with many options! There is many amenities at the lobby and juice/coffee/tea 24/7. …

It was a great place. The staff, Sonja Mgr. and everyone was so personable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast each day. Anything you requested you were accomodated with. We loved as we had our own, the dogs being around. Was a pleasant stay. Thank you to all, can't wait to stop by again. Miss you guys. After all we did come down for Sarge and you were allowed us having "Sarge." Thanks again "10" stars to Staunton Hampton Inn, we would only stay at an Hampton.

We choose this location whenever we travel through. Easy on/off from our RT. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The breakfast has a lot of choices.
